The modern bright and airy kitchen is well equipped with many kitchen appliances, integrated fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob and extractor, a dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster complete the line-up.
The living/dining area is a great place to relax and get together with a flat-screen TV/DVD comfy sofas and chairs with a dining table to seat everyone and a patio door leading out to the garden.
There is also a lobby area with separate cloakroom with WC and a coat cupboard housing iron and ironing board, vacuum and clothes airer.
Master Bedroom
Wake up in the master bedroom king size bed, with its great views of countryside and coast open up the full height French doors with Juliet balcony and enjoy the fresh air. There is also a TV/DVD and hairdryer.

There is a large garden – mainly laid to lawn with a large pond at the bottom – which can be used for family games and fun. For al-fresco dining there are picnic benches on the lawn there is also a large paved/gravelled area with plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the surroundings. At the rear there is a secluded court yard.
